What you will do

• Design and build agentic systems to automate end-to-end audit workflows.
• Orchestrate LLMs, tools, retrieval, and business logic into production-grade agent experiences.
• Develop evaluation frameworks, feedback loops, and guardrails for model output.
• Prototype rapidly and harden systems for enterprise-grade reliability and scalability.
• Own the full lifecycle of AI agents, including delivery, performance, and observability.
• Mentor team members through code reviews, design feedback, and establishing best practices.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience shipping production software in complex systems.
• Strong command of TypeScript, Python, and Postgres.
• Must be based in the United States due to company structure and offsite requirements.
• Proven experience shipping LLM-powered features in production.
• Hands-on experience with RAG, vector databases, embedding models, and modern LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini).
• Demonstrated ability to build agent orchestration systems and evaluation frameworks.
