What you will do

• Define and execute global consumer product priorities across multiple regional platforms.
• Build and implement comprehensive product strategies that drive growth and customer satisfaction.
• Influence product decisions across external teams rather than leading traditional scrum teams.
• Collaborate with business leaders to build consensus and communicate progress effectively.
• Tackle critical issues and remove obstacles to maintain project momentum.
• Set clear goals and implement systems for measuring success and product performance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience with 8+ years specifically in product management within large consumer-facing organizations.
• 4+ years of experience building products and leading multiple teams.
• Proven track record in the e-commerce sector.
• Strong experience in presenting to and influencing C-level executives and senior leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must be able to work from the Berlin office 2 days per week.
