What you will do

• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across various business departments.
• Design and deploy AI-driven workflows and tools that deliver measurable impact.
• Own the full lifecycle of AI solutions: idea → implementation → rollout → optimisation.
• Continuously test, evaluate, and deeply understand new AI tools.
• Train teams and ensure adoption of new ways of working.
• Replace manual processes with scalable, automated systems wherever possible.

Requirements

• Are highly execution-driven and ship solutions fast.
• Have extreme urgency and speed in everything you do.
• Have a strong, hands-on interest in AI and automation.
• Have a very good business instinct and a natural curiosity.
• Learn new tools and systems extremely quickly.
• Can independently identify problems and solve them.

• You have recently implemented impactful AI solutions that are used in production and are proving clear business value.
• You can clearly explain why a solution works, where it breaks, and how to improve it.
• You actively experiment with new tools and technologies every week and you make sure you understand their full potential.
• You consistently look for ways to eliminate manual work and inefficiencies and you challenge your own way of working.
• You have a clear demonstration of your determination and performance in various aspects of life (sports, entrepreneurship, anything).
