Location: Must be on-site in our Amsterdam office four days a week

What you will do

• Support the roadmap and execution for hirify.global’s TMS capabilities.
• Define workflows that improve transportation planning, assigning, execution, and management.
• Partner with customers and internal teams to support onboarding and implementation of TMS capabilities.
• Translate customer insights into actionable product requirements and improvements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Professional Services, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver end-to-end TMS experiences.
• Help prioritize work based on customer needs, business impact, and delivery readiness.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in transportation, logistics, or supply chain technology.
• Understanding of Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and supply chain workflows.
• Experience working cross-functionally to deliver product capabilities in enterprise or SaaS environments.
• Strong customer empathy and ability to translate feedback into product improvements.
• Technical fluency — understanding APIs, data flows, and system interoperability.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Ability to balance customer needs with scalable product development.
• Experience with TMS platforms or transportation execution workflows.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
