Salary: $55,000–$71,000 + bonus + equity.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for SMB customers during the CRM implementation and onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, and Success teams to ensure a seamless product experience.
  • Deliver high-quality support by understanding repair shop marketing needs and demonstrating CRM value.
  • Coordinate project deliverables across internal departments.
  • Communicate customized solutions that help clients grow their businesses.
  • Develop deep expertise in the hirify.global product suite and automotive industry trends.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work on-site 2-3 days/week in Morgan Hill, CA.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience or significant automotive industry knowledge.
  • Proven project management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Experience with SaaS business models and software tools.
  • Strong, professional communication style and creative problem-solving ability.
  • Self-directed mindset suitable for a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
