Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 7+ years of work experience as a senior leader in Business, Client Onboarding, Operations, or Risk-related field.
• Industry and basic accounting knowledge, as well as MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel).
• Proven analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and a control mentality with attention to detail.
• Aptitude for building relationships and communicating complex issues to internal clients.
• Ability to mentor and manage a team.
