What you will do

• Collect, review, and analyze customer information and documentation in line with onboarding procedures.
• Perform screening for PEP, sanction, and negative news on customers being onboarded.
• Lead due diligence reviews and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and escalate risks and issues to management to ensure onboarding is completed correctly and efficiently.
• Manage own pipeline in line with SLAs.
• Assist the department manager in various tasks related to the implementation of new controls and efficiencies.

Requirements

• Demonstrated KYC/AML experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Sound understanding of AML/CTF laws and regulations.
• Strong written, research, and analysis skills.
• Familiarity with Google and Microsoft products.
• Must be in the Plano office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
