What you will do

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improving marketing ROI.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance and develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze paid media campaign performance (LinkedIn Ads and digital channels) to improve targeting, cost efficiency, and pipeline generation.
• Optimize LinkedIn Sales Navigator workflows, including account targeting, lead list development, and campaign alignment to improve audience relevance and engagement.
• Support A/B testing initiatives and campaign experimentation to evaluate and improve marketing effectiveness.
• Leverage AI and data analysis tools to enhance marketing insights, automate reporting, and identify new optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an MBA program.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or business analytics.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels (LinkedIn Ads, paid media, or campaign analytics preferred).
• Experience with data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Ability to translate data into insights and actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
