What you will do

• Partner with cross-functional teams to co-create and execute GTM strategies.
• Quarterback end-to-end integrated campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels.
• Act as a connector across functions, ensuring all GTM activities ladder into a cohesive plan.
• Leverage AI-driven insights, bold creative activations, and experimentation to personalize and optimize marketing performance.
• Inspire and align executive leaders and cross-functional stakeholders through compelling narratives.
• Model extreme ownership and set the bar for integrated marketing excellence.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive marketing experience leading cross-functional GTM strategies.
• Deep understanding of the Small Business audience and competitive solutions.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable customer and revenue growth outcomes.
• Experience leading multi-channel campaigns across the funnel.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Demonstrated success leveraging data, AI, and experimentation to drive strategy and optimize performance.
• BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
