Location: Must be based in or able to commute to the office in Boston, MA, USA (Hybrid/Onsite)
Salary: $99,000–$163,400 USD annually

What you will do
- Design and execute environment art ranging from sprawling city districts to detailed interiors.
- Create industry-leading architectural kits for Cyberpunk 2 including modeling and texturing.
- Develop photorealistic materials using procedural tools and PBR principles.
- Collaborate across disciplines with Art Directors and leads to maintain stylistic consistency.
- Optimize production methods and pipelines while meeting project deadlines.
- Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to other artists on the team.
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Mastery of Unreal Engine.
- Industry-leading DCC skills with Blender, Substance Painter, and Substance Designer.
- Expert understanding of scale, composition, lighting, and color theory.
- Strong knowledge of physically based rendering (PBR).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a portfolio demonstrating environment art expertise.
Nice to have
- Understanding of level design principles.
- Experience with photogrammetry and sculpting.
- Knowledge of procedural content creation workflows.
- Experience with collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, and P4V.
