Salary: 39,800 – 54,670 PLN gross monthly.

What you will do

• Lead, motivate, and mentor the DevOps team through regular 1-1s and professional development.
• Drive talent acquisition, performance evaluations, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Optimize team processes and ensure high-quality delivery for development projects.
• Collaborate with IT and various engineering departments to define infrastructure priorities.
• Manage inbound requests to maintain team focus and reduce technical overhead.
• Maintain clear documentation and technical artifacts for internal tools and systems.

Requirements

• 2+ years of management or team lead experience.
• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proven track record shipping games or complex software products.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with Source Control Management systems (Perforce, Git).
• Must be willing to relocate to Warsaw, Poland.

Nice to have

• Professional experience in game development.
• Proficiency with Unreal Engine.
• Hands-on experience with containerization, orchestration, and cloud providers.
• Strong background in security concepts and SysAdmin tasks.
