Location: Must be based in or relocate to Warsaw, Poland. Role is hybrid or onsite.
Salary: 39,800 – 54,670 PLN gross monthly.

What you will do
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the DevOps team through regular 1-1s and professional development.
- Drive talent acquisition, performance evaluations, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Optimize team processes and ensure high-quality delivery for development projects.
- Collaborate with IT and various engineering departments to define infrastructure priorities.
- Manage inbound requests to maintain team focus and reduce technical overhead.
- Maintain clear documentation and technical artifacts for internal tools and systems.
Requirements
- 2+ years of management or team lead experience.
- 5+ years of experience in software development.
- Proven track record shipping games or complex software products.
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency with Source Control Management systems (Perforce, Git).
- Must be willing to relocate to Warsaw, Poland.
Nice to have
- Professional experience in game development.
- Proficiency with Unreal Engine.
- Hands-on experience with containerization, orchestration, and cloud providers.
- Strong background in security concepts and SysAdmin tasks.
