TL;DR

Senior Account Manager (SaaS): Driving retention and revenue growth for a portfolio of accounts in the UK and EMEA markets with an accent on product adoption, strategic account planning, and stakeholder engagement. Focus on building long-term relationships with technical economic buyers, delivering accurate revenue forecasts, and championing customer needs within the product organization.

Location: London, UK (Hybrid). Role requires ability to partner with customers across the UK, France, Benelux, and Nordics.

What you will do

  • Manage and maintain a book of 40-75 accounts valued between $2M-$3M.
  • Develop long-term account strategies focused on product adoption and growth opportunities.
  • Partner with director and executive-level economic buyers to align objectives with platform value.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce regarding renewals, upsells, and churn.
  • Host analytics workshops, product trainings, and brainstorming sessions for end-users.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams to champion customer feedback.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in full-cycle SaaS post-sales account management or customer success.
  • Previous experience managing a book of business ranging from $1M-$2.5M.
  • Ability to establish credibility with technical end-users in Engineering, Product, and Design functions.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to the London office for hybrid work.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in multiple languages.
  • Prior experience with hirify.global or other data analytics platforms.
  • Experience in technical customer-facing roles like Sales Engineering or Solutions Architecture.
  • Experience managing relationships with high-growth tech companies.
