• Edit short-form video assets using Premiere Pro and design thumbnails via Photoshop.
• Monitor platform analytics to provide feedback and refine engagement strategies.
• Adapt content tone of voice to match specific podcast brands and target audiences.
• Manage social channels day-to-day to foster community engagement.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in London
• Strong understanding of social media trends for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Premiere Pro.
• Proven experience in copywriting and managing audience engagement.
• Strong editorial judgment and the ability to adapt to varying project tones.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage a fast-paced content schedule.
