What you will do

• Shoot, edit, and deliver fast-turnaround short-form video content for social media platforms.
• Generate creative, audience-focused content ideas that align with Drama productions, especially EastEnders.
• Work closely with on-screen talent and production teams to capture high-quality, engaging material.
• Ensure all output meets hirify.global editorial standards while balancing informative and entertaining storytelling.
• Contribute to larger digital commissions and collaborative projects, such as EastEnders.

Requirements

• Demonstrable ability to plan, capture, and edit engaging video tailored specifically for digital audiences, showcasing an understanding of platform-specific formats and trends.
• Evidence of proficient hands-on experience using Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop, alongside practical proficiency operating Sony FX3/FX6 cameras in fast-paced production environments.
• Ability to collaborate professionally with on-screen contributors, helping them feel comfortable while capturing compelling, authentic content.
• Strong understanding of each platform’s audiences, best-performing content types, analytics, and emerging trends to maximise reach and engagement.
• Experience creating video output for short-form and ultra-short-form mediums.
• A keen interest and knowledge in Drama, especially EastEnders.
