What you will do

• Create social-first content for Dove across key channels like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
• Develop content concepts that connect Dove’s purpose with everyday culture.
• Write and refine scripts, captions, and hooks aligned to Dove’s tone of voice.
• Shoot, edit, and finish short-form video, plus create static and motion assets.
• Partner with Social, Brand, Legal/Compliance, and Media teams to ensure content is accurate and optimised.

Requirements

• A portfolio of social-first content, ideally including beauty/personal care or purpose-led brand work.
• Strong capability in concepting, scripting, and editing for mobile-first platforms.
• Experience working within brand governance and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Practical skills in relevant tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere/After Effects, CapCut, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma/Canva).
• Experience creating for global brands across multiple markets, including localisation and versioning workflows.
