What you will do

• Resolve advanced technical issues across Azure and AWS cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot cloud-to-ERP integration issues including SAP and SAP-BRIM.
• Lead critical incident management, perform trend analysis, and drive RCA processes.
• Provide technical leadership for cloud configuration, security, and performance optimization.
• Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and internal knowledge bases to improve operational reliability.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering and Product teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cloud support, technical operations, or SRE-adjacent roles.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and AWS core services.
• Solid understanding of SQL and database management systems.
• Hands-on experience with SAP core modules or integrated ERP finance systems.
• Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell or Python.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change management).

Nice to have

• In-depth experience with SAP BRIM or SAP FICO.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Relevant Azure, AWS, or ITIL certifications.
