What you will do

  • Define and own revenue planning, quota design, and territory modeling for the Partner Sales channel.
  • Design, document, and iterate on the end-to-end sales process to reduce friction and improve partner onboarding.
  • Build and maintain reporting frameworks to track channel health, pipeline trends, and revenue attainment.
  • Administer and optimize CRM workflows in Salesforce and HubSpot to ensure data integrity and process automation.
  • Serve as the primary RevOps liaison, ensuring alignment between sales execution and company revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to inform channel-specific demand generation and roadmap prioritization.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales operations, partnerships, revenue operations, or business strategy roles.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot and BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Metabase.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights for leadership.
  • Experience as a systems thinker who can take ideas from concept to launch.
  • Proven ability to thrive in cross-functional environments and manage complex workflows.
  • Curiosity regarding AI and technology to drive scalable, intelligent partner enablement.

Nice to have

  • Background in fintech or B2B software ecosystems (SMB-focused).
  • Experience scaling RevOps infrastructure from the ground up.
  • Familiarity with data stacks including dbt, BigQuery, or Snowflake.
  • Experience with AI agents, LLM-based applications, or prompt engineering.

Hiring process
