What you will do

• Maintain operational stability of infrastructure and services within production environments.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify needs and propose effective technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts to improve reliability and reduce manual overhead.
• Analyze codebases and deployment pipelines to diagnose and resolve complex system incidents.
• Implement monitoring and health-tracking solutions for infrastructure.
• Participate in a shared on-call rotation for critical services.

Requirements

• Experience managing both Windows and Linux environments.
• Strong programming and scripting proficiency in Python, Shell, PowerShell, or Ruby.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Understanding of automated CI/CD processes, specifically with tools like GitLab.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
