What you will do

  • Act as the primary HRIS partner for Workday Recruiting, Performance, and Talent modules.
  • Design, configure, and optimize business processes to enhance user experience and data quality.
  • Orchestrate cyclical talent and performance programs including goal setting and annual reviews.
  • Manage Workday releases, including testing, deployment, and change communication.
  • Maintain dashboards and build actionable reports for hiring and talent analytics.
  • Ensure system compliance with GDPR and audit requirements.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM.
  • Proven expertise in business process configuration, calculated fields, and custom reporting.
  • Deep understanding of Recruiting, Performance, and Talent module lifecycles.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and data governance principles.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work across time zones.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business needs into system solutions.

Nice to have

  • Active Workday certifications in HCM, Recruiting, or Talent.
  • Experience with integrations, EIBs, Core Connectors, or APIs.
  • Experience within high-growth SaaS or global matrixed environments.
