Salary: £110,000–£120,000 + bonus

What you will do

• Lead solution design and technical delivery across Salesforce and integrated platforms.
• Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Translate business requirements and customer journeys into robust technical designs.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor developers.
• Drive the adoption of CI/CD, cloud-native deployments, and event-driven architecture.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, data privacy, and governance standards.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK is mandatory.
• Strong experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud) in a technical lead or solution architect capacity.
• Solid background in AWS (Glue, AppFlow) and Java development.
• Deep understanding of API integrations (REST/SOAP) and CI/CD pipeline management.
• Experience with data models, MDM, and ETL processes in enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and operate within an Agile framework.

Nice to have

• Experience in the insurance industry or consultancy background.
• Deep Salesforce ecosystem knowledge including Flows, Apex, and LWC.
• Understanding of complex security and data sharing models.
