What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert for S/4HANA modules including FI, HR, MM, SD, and PS.
• Map as-is and to-be business processes using BPMN standards to support system migration.
• Gather, document, and validate end-to-end requirements through stakeholder workshops.
• Collaborate with architects and integration specialists on system interfaces and data migration.
• Support testing phases including integration testing and user acceptance testing.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the SAP ecosystem.

Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst on ERP transformation projects.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, including cross-module integration knowledge.
• Strong experience in process mapping using BPMN.
• Analytical expertise using techniques like MoSCoW prioritization and SWOT analysis.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the UK

Nice to have

• Experience with middleware and integration tools such as SAP PI/PO, Boomi, or MuleSoft.
