What you will do

• Design and develop sophisticated financial planning and forecasting models using the IBM TM1/Planning Analytics platform.
• Translate complex financial data requirements into robust model designs and system integrations.
• Build rules, calculations, dashboards, and analytical solutions to support budgeting and strategic decision-making.
• Develop data integrations between models and external financial data sources.
• Collaborate with solution architects and finance stakeholders to deliver high-impact modeling solutions.
• Provide training, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation support to clients.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience building applications using IBM TM1 or IBM Planning Analytics.
• Solid experience in delivering FP&A models including planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong understanding of multi-dimensional modeling and OLAP technologies.
• Proficiency with financial data, accounting principles, and finance processes.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical modeling solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with both technical and finance stakeholders.

Nice to have

• IBM Planning Implementation Professional certification.
• Experience with other EPM/OLAP platforms like Anaplan.
• Programming skills in Python, Groovy, or JavaScript.
• Previous experience in banking, insurance, or asset/wealth management sectors.
