What you will do

• Launch and analyze growth experiments including A/B tests and onboarding flows.
• Improve trial-to-paid conversion rates through UX enhancements and in-app nudges.
• Identify and fix funnel leaks using analytics tools like PostHog and GA4.
• Manage high-intent pages such as Pricing and Signup landing pages.
• Run paid acquisition tests across channels like Meta and Google Search.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to iterate rapidly.

Requirements

• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher.
• 3+ years of experience in growth or marketing within SaaS, PLG, or startup environments.
• Practical experience with growth analytics tools (PostHog, GA4, HubSpot).
• Proven ability to execute experiments related to UX, pricing, and funnel optimization.
• Action-oriented mindset with comfort in using low-code tools and basic HTML/CSS.
• Ability to write clear UX copy and present data-driven insights.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with AI tools, chatbots, or CX platforms.
• Proficiency in email marketing automation using Mailchimp or HubSpot.
