What you will do

  • Plan and execute sales strategies in collaboration with product managers.
  • Conduct market analysis to determine market share and provide actionable insights for growth.
  • Support marketing plan execution and measure event success rates.
  • Design and propose reseller programs to ensure appropriate product penetration across channel segments.
  • Generate sales pipelines and drive closures through effective negotiation and value propositions.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors and channel partners at all levels.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT sales or business development.
  • Proven experience working with IT system integrators and end-users.
  • Strong results-driven mindset and ability to function as a self-starter.
  • Customer-first mentality with excellent relationship-building skills.
