What you will do

  • Identify and prospect high-potential partners including influencers, educators, and agencies across the MENA region.
  • Conduct outreach, discovery calls, and negotiate partnership models to ensure quality lead generation.
  • Manage the end-to-end partner onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration into tracking systems.
  • Support partners in launching effective promotional campaigns and reaching performance milestones.
  • Monitor partner performance to drive activation and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with business development teams by providing full context on activated partnerships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in partnerships, sales, affiliate marketing, or business development specifically within the Trading industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with targets and KPIs.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and digital prospecting tools.
  • Proactive mindset with disciplined follow-up habits.

Nice to have

  • Professional experience in crypto, fintech, or online trading platforms.
  • Deep familiarity with influencer or affiliate ecosystems.
  • History of working with global partners across different markets.
