What you will do
- Manage day-to-day relationships with channel partners to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Lead joint planning processes to establish objectives, financial targets, and milestones.
- Recruit and onboard new partners to fill geography or vertical market gaps.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams and 2-tier distribution to drive white space discussions.
- Execute marketing activities and MDF budgets in coordination with Channel Marketing.
- Monitor partner performance and compliance through regular business reviews.
Requirements
- Experience in selling high-technology products within the assigned territory.
- Proven track record of successful selling into channel accounts.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- High energy, motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability for travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
- Knowledge of networking, data center, and security technologies is an advantage.
