What you will do

• Act as a senior subject matter expert for Oracle ERP Cloud and PBCS applications.
• Drive system adoption and identify opportunities to improve business process utilization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable functional solutions.
• Configure Oracle modules to align with best practices and business processes.
• Support quarterly updates, system enhancements, and patch management.
• Lead functional testing, UAT, and develop user training documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or Finance.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a functional or consulting capacity with Oracle applications.
• Strong working knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud.
• Proven understanding of core business processes like Finance, Procure-to-Pay, or Accounts Payable.
• Experience in post-implementation optimization and continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Specialization in Oracle ERP Cloud Financials or SCM modules.
• Relevant Oracle certifications or formal training.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience working in regulated or SOX-compliant environments.
