What you will do
- Help clients envision, plan, build, and deliver customer engagements through omnichannel tactics.
- Identify strategic directions, prioritize business needs, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive omnichannel excellence.
- Support the offshore Omnichannel team and act as the Single Point of Contact for the client.
- Manage projects, prioritize initiatives, and monitor deliverables across partners.
- Assess business needs and create requirements for omnichannel campaigns, digital analytics, and content and web assets.
- Act as a liaison between client stakeholders, external agencies, and colleagues.
Requirements
- Multichannel/Omnichannel marketing and digital channel experience is a must.
- Martech or Omnichannel Analytics experience, with a strong understanding of marketing technology tools and strategies.
- Brand launch experience, brand management, and digital operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong project management and collaboration skills.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- A bachelorβs degree in business or related field or an MBA and a minimum of 8+ years of experience in brand operations, project management, or digital operations and strategy.
