What you will do
- Lead global media strategy across therapeutic areas for key pharmaceutical clients.
- Act as a senior partner to global client stakeholders, owning strategic planning cycles and account health.
- Orchestrate integrated campaigns within a lead-agency model, aligning media with creative, production, and data teams.
- Ensure all media activities remain compliant with strict healthcare privacy and regulatory requirements.
- Define measurement frameworks and KPIs to translate performance data into actionable business recommendations.
- Drive organic growth and identify new opportunities within existing accounts.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in media strategy, planning, or activation within agencies or consultancies.
- Proven expertise managing global media clients in regulated industries like healthcare, pharma, or finance.
- Strong understanding of media ecosystems, platforms, and measurement tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
- Excellent senior-level communication and presentation skills.
