What you will do

• Lead global media strategy across therapeutic areas for key pharmaceutical clients.
• Act as a senior partner to global client stakeholders, owning strategic planning cycles and account health.
• Orchestrate integrated campaigns within a lead-agency model, aligning media with creative, production, and data teams.
• Ensure all media activities remain compliant with strict healthcare privacy and regulatory requirements.
• Define measurement frameworks and KPIs to translate performance data into actionable business recommendations.
• Drive organic growth and identify new opportunities within existing accounts.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in media strategy, planning, or activation within agencies or consultancies.
• Proven expertise managing global media clients in regulated industries like healthcare, pharma, or finance.
• Strong understanding of media ecosystems, platforms, and measurement tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
• Excellent senior-level communication and presentation skills.
