Senior Manager, Talent Program and Operations (HR/Talent Acquisition): Building and scaling the talent acquisition operating system across the organization with an accent on process automation, capacity planning, and recruiting technology management. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Dallas, Texas, or San Francisco, California (Hybrid: 3 days in office)
Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead and support the Talent Coordination team to ensure consistent, high-quality candidate experiences.
- Optimize the recruiting tech stack, including ATS, CRM, and scheduling tools like Lever and GoodTime.
- Manage headcount tracking, capacity planning, and monthly resourcing recommendations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Recruiting, People Ops, and FP&A to streamline hiring operations.
- Develop and analyze dashboards to track performance metrics and improve recruiting effectiveness.
- Support the operational framework for university hiring and employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Talent Operations, Recruiting Operations, or HR Operations.
- 3+ years of experience in leadership managing coordination or scheduling teams.
- Proven expertise in building scalable TA programs and operational frameworks.
- Strong technical skills with ATS, CRM, and scheduling systems.
- High data literacy with demonstrated ability to create dashboards and actionable workforce models.
- Strong project management skills and ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
