What you will do

• Explore inbound growth channels to garner interest from top developers.
• Build scalable pipelines for outreach that yield quick conversions.
• Design user acquisition funnels that minimize drop-offs while ensuring reliable screening and onboarding.
• Build operational infrastructure that mobilizes thousands of developers to engage with the platform.
• Launch projects, incentive structures, and daily challenges to engage users.
• Foster a community of developers to work on projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations, growth, strategy, or product management.
• Proven track record scaling or optimizing operations in gig economies or two-sided marketplaces.
• Experience in high-growth, early-stage startups or directly with executives at later-stage startups.
• Experience building something from scratch or scaling from 1 to n.
• Strong intuition in people skills and human psychology.
• Any sales/account management experience.
• Excellent copywriting ability.
