TL;DR

Marketing Manager (B2B): Executing and coordinating marketing initiatives across Finland and Sweden with an accent on content, digital channels, and thought leadership events. Location: Must be based in Helsinki; role requires regular office presence in a hybrid model.

Salary: €4,105 – €4,448 per month.

What you will do

  • Coordinate thought leadership events and roundtables.
  • Execute marketing campaigns and content initiatives.
  • Collaborate with subject-matter experts to manage content creation.
  • Oversee updates and development of Finnish and Swedish websites with SEO support.
  • Support digital marketing campaigns including LinkedIn and Google Ads.
  • Collaborate with the global marketing operations team on campaign execution.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B marketing or communications.
  • Fluency in English and Finnish (written and spoken) is required.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Experience managing B2B campaigns, events, or digital activities.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to own and drive tasks to completion.
  • Ability to work effectively in a small, hands-on team environment.

Nice to have

  • Professional proficiency in Swedish.
