What you will do

• Define and execute the product promotion strategy and build the marketing function from the ground up.
• Manage and grow the company’s digital presence across key channels like LinkedIn and Telegram.
• Generate and test marketing hypotheses with a focus on efficient, low-budget channels.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and target audiences to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with the design team for asset creation and align with sales and product teams on positioning.
• Manage conference participation, including booth setup, marketing materials, and merchandise.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in fintech.
• Proven experience in product marketing and SMM.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and operate effectively within a growing team.
• Experience running experiments and working with marketing hypotheses.

Nice to have

• Experience with Figma or similar design tools for creating marketing materials.
