What you will do

• Drive requirements excellence by analyzing and documenting all requirement types.
• Create high‑quality documentation including BRDs, SRS/FRS specifications, use cases, and user stories.
• Model processes and systems through clear UML and BPMN diagrams.
• Lead stakeholder engagement by running independent discovery sessions, validating requirements, and resolving ambiguities.
• Manage change efficiently, overseeing requirement updates throughout the SDLC while applying structured change control processes and maintaining traceability.
• Ensure requirement quality by facilitating validation activities and participating in functional reviews.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of the full software development lifecycle and proven hands‑on experience working within agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
• Advanced skills in eliciting Business, Stakeholder, and Solution requirements using structured techniques.
• Experience creating core BA artefacts such as BRDs and SRS/FRS documents.
• Proficiency in UML and BPMN diagramming techniques.
• Ability to produce Activity, Sequence, Class, and State Machine diagrams.
• C1+ mastery of English and German
