What you will do

• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to champion the customer's perspective and make informed product decisions.
• Shape product experiences in collaboration with product, design, and engineering leadership.
• Seek feedback from stakeholders to ensure a seamless product experience and collaborate with engineering for quality implementation.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to unearth fresh opportunities in the accounting industry.
• Conduct unbiased research with users daily and analyze data for decision-making.
• Define how hirify.global leverages AI across its product suite, including architecting agent workflows and iterating on prompts.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in product management (or closely related) roles.
• Proven ability to conduct unbiased research, design, and develop products.
• Experience building a product strategy aligned with engineering, sales, CS, and marketing.
• Demonstrated AI fluency and ability to lead in an AI-first product environment.
• Experience with 3rd-party integrations.
• Ability to perform onsite user research including traveling out of state 2-3 times a year.

Nice to have

• Experience in the B2B fintech space and/or an accounting background.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience supporting accounting professionals or a strong understanding of accounting-focused practices.
