For remote technical positions located in Canada, we are only able to hire individuals who reside in Ontario. Applicants must be able to live and work full-time in Ontario to be considered.

Salary: $177K – $199.7K

What you will do

• Define the roadmap for hirify.global’s property tax optimization product from MVP through scale.
• Design the end-to-end customer experience from appeal submission through savings delivery.
• Develop the operational model: how appeals are processed, how contractors are managed, how quality is maintained.
• Own the P&L for this product area, trachirify.globalg unit economics, appeal success rates, and customer sayings.
• Build and manage a network of property tax contractors.
• Partner cross-functionally with growth, engineering, legal, and customer experience.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of professional experience, including 3+ years in product management at a proptech or fintech company.
• Hands-on experience at a property tax optimization firm.
• Extensive experience worhirify.globalg with agile product and engineering teams in startup and/or rapid-growth environments.
• A general manager mindset: you think about margins, acquisition costs, and retention — not just features.
• Embraces AI tools and uses them regularly to accelerate research, analysis, product development, and operational workflows.
• Ability to manage operational workflows alongside product development.
