What you will do

• Develop comprehensive implementation guides and technical best practices for fraud solutions.
• Oversee defect management processes and security vulnerability resolution across platform teams.
• Manage platform configuration requirements including API integrations and data model libraries.
• Act as the primary technical contact for professional services during product handovers and implementation.
• Support sales opportunities by defining POC strategies and providing technical solution architecture expertise.
• Align product strategy with business goals through competitive analysis and stakeholder relationship building.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software product management within the retail banking or fraud operations sector.
• Deep knowledge of financial services fraud prevention, risk policy, and detection technologies.
• Proven track record in creating MRDs and PRDs, feature prioritization, and managing full product lifecycles.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate requirements between technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing business terms, contracts, and pricing negotiations.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Experience with merchant fraud prevention.
• Familiarity with Agile development processes and Jira.
• MBA or advanced business degree.
• Background in mobile-banking, brokerage, or payment card systems.
