Focus on leading the team, understanding game design documents, and ensuring new employees integrate into the team.

What you will do

• Create, prioritize, assign, and follow up on tasks and the advancement of the team’s work.
• Represent the team and organize and lead team meetings.
• Draft regular reports on the advancement of the team’s work and recommend corrective measures.
• Mentor team members in terms of technical/artistic aspects.
• Coordinate bug correction as it pertains to the team’s work.
• Help recruit new team members and ensure new employees integrate the team.

Requirements

• College diploma in their field of expertise for video games or Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering or equivalent.
• 2-4 years’ experience on their working unit or other relevant experience.
• Participation in at least one complete game production or equivalent.
• Ability to work as part of a team, leadership, and good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the technical constraints of real time, 3D engines and level editors.

Nice to have

• Certification in project management.
• Database knowledge (JIRA, Perforce, etc.).
• Knowledge of the other game production working units.
• Knowledge of the MS Office suite.
