What you will do

• Manage and mentor a team of 6–7 client-side developers, supporting career growth and performance.
• Drive the technical transition of the client engine from Java to PIXI.js/TypeScript.
• Define team goals, track delivery timelines, and ensure high-quality software releases.
• Contribute hands-on to architectural decisions and critical system implementations.
• Enforce engineering best practices and improve development processes across the team.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of software development experience with a strong frontend background.
• Previous experience mentoring or leading development teams.
• Must be located in or willing to work in Poland, Hungary, or Bulgaria.
• Proven experience within the iGaming industry.
• Ability to remain hands-on with code and technical architecture.
• Strong English communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with PIXI.js.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
• Experience working with Java.
