What you will do

• Drive high-complexity gameplay programming efforts across multiple teams.
• Design and implement foundational gameplay systems including character controllers, combat, and progression frameworks.
• Mentor senior gameplay programmers to promote high-quality code and ownership.
• Lead profiling and optimization efforts to manage frame time, latency, and replication costs.
• Provide hands-on support to resolve complex issues and maintain a high-quality development pipeline.
• Advocate for and develop new tools, workflows, and methodologies to enhance team efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in Gameplay Programming.
• Extensive experience with Unreal Engine 4 or 5 and client/server networking architecture.
• Advanced proficiency in C++.
• Proven track record in defining gameplay architecture for multiplatform and multiplayer/live games.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to guide technical direction.
