What you will do

• Provide escalated technical support for complex technical issues, including leading problem management cases.
• Analyze requirements and prioritize requests, communicating with users to clarify needs.
• Participate in the design and review of changes to database design.
• Install, monitor, maintain, support, and optimize all production server hardware and software.
• Create, track, and report metrics for capacity planning and provide recommendations.
• Monitor production servers for system health, resource utilization, and application performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics, telecommunications, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in application support within a Linux OS environment, technical customer support, problem management, relational databases, programming languages, and software development.
• Exceptional customer service skills and communication abilities.
• Excellent analytical, multitasking, and troubleshooting skills.
• Detail orientation and familiarity with testing techniques.
• Certification on operating systems and databases (Preferred)
