What you will do

• Support customer conversations, synthesize insights, and build processes to help close deals.
• Shape go-to-market strategy and build systems and workflows to support execution.
• Gather and structure customer insights, map workflows, and translate them into clear inputs for product and engineering.
• Support investor outreach, build materials, and prepare updates.
• Conduct market research and help define and operationalize expansion strategy.
• Build and optimize hiring processes to help scale a world-class engineering team.
• Own internal workflows across legal/admin, tools, compliance, and vendor management.

Requirements

• Exceptionally organized and obsessive about details.
• Sharp, analytical thinker with intellectual curiosity and a fast learning curve.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-expectation environments (MBB consulting, finance, high-growth startups).
• Comfortable with chaos, risk, and proactive in solving unscoped problems, with a bias toward action.
• Desire to learn how to build something that lasts and aren’t afraid of the messy bits.
• Good with slides and Excel.
