What you will do
- Lead the Services-First GTM initiative, owning the service strategy across the full customer lifecycle.
- Partner with Sales to support pre-sales discovery, solution design, and strategic deal structuring.
- Execute hands-on onboarding and service delivery for initial customers to ensure value realization.
- Design service packages, engagement models, and delivery frameworks to standardize offerings.
- Act as the primary bridge between Sales, Services, Product, and Customer Success for continuous improvement.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing dedicated Services-First team as the business scales.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- 4+ years of experience in CRM Marketing leadership roles.
- Strong background in consulting, professional services, or customer-facing strategic roles.
- Demonstrated experience interacting with senior and executive-level stakeholders.
- Proven ability to operate hands-on while thinking strategically for long-term scale.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Nice to have
- MBA qualification.
- Experience working closely with Sales teams on complex, high-value enterprise deals.
- Proven track record of building, launching, or scaling a new business practice or initiative.
