What you will do

  • Lead the Services-First GTM initiative, owning the service strategy across the full customer lifecycle.
  • Partner with Sales to support pre-sales discovery, solution design, and strategic deal structuring.
  • Execute hands-on onboarding and service delivery for initial customers to ensure value realization.
  • Design service packages, engagement models, and delivery frameworks to standardize offerings.
  • Act as the primary bridge between Sales, Services, Product, and Customer Success for continuous improvement.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing dedicated Services-First team as the business scales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 4+ years of experience in CRM Marketing leadership roles.
  • Strong background in consulting, professional services, or customer-facing strategic roles.
  • Demonstrated experience interacting with senior and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to operate hands-on while thinking strategically for long-term scale.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

  • MBA qualification.
  • Experience working closely with Sales teams on complex, high-value enterprise deals.
  • Proven track record of building, launching, or scaling a new business practice or initiative.
