What you will do

• Lead global Production and Localisation QA teams, ensuring high-quality work on time and on budget.
• Build strong partnerships across PlayStation Studios to meet game creators' goals.
• Oversee multiple simultaneous projects, refining production processes and LQA methodologies.
• Define excellence for localisation production and LQA services, driving innovation and establishing best practices.
• Cultivate a high-performing, collaborative team culture focused on continuous improvement and shared learning.
• Contribute to key planning processes, managing resource allocation and analysing data for optimisation opportunities.

Requirements

• 10+ years' experience in games production or development roles delivering AAA titles.
• Strong knowledge of localisation production and QA, with understanding of current industry trends and automation.
• Deep understanding of game development lifecycle, production methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience integrating new teams and leading through organisational change.
• Experience leading, motivating, and developing diverse, high-performing teams.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage complex operational issues.

Nice to have

• Experience managing external development projects and/or working on live service titles.
