What you will do

• Create, prioritize, assign, and follow up on tasks for the team.
• Represent the team and organize/lead team meetings.
• Draft regular reports on team progress and recommend corrective measures.
• Mentor team members in technical/artistic aspects.
• Coordinate bug correction related to the team’s work.
• Help recruit and integrate new team members.

Requirements

• College diploma in their field of expertise for video games.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering or equivalent.
• 2-4 years’ experience in their working unit or relevant experience.
• Participation in at least one complete game production.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Certification in project management.
• Database knowledge (JIRA, Perforce, etc.).
• Knowledge of the technical constraints of real time, 3D engines and level editors.
• Knowledge of the other game production working units.
• Knowledge of the MS Office suite.
