What you will do

• Develop high-quality, high-performance playable ads that meet industry benchmarks.
• Design and implement reusable frameworks and tools to improve production efficiency and scalability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
• Perform rigorous code reviews to maintain high quality standards.
• Collaborate with artists, creative directors, and data analysts to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Optimize assets and code performance to ensure smooth gameplay across diverse mobile devices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals including data structures and algorithm analysis.
• Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with PixiJS, ThreeJS, WebGL/WebGI, and Git.
• Strong understanding of game design principles and performance optimization techniques.
• Demonstrated experience in technical leadership and cross-functional team collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience building backend services and familiarity with various architectures.
• Practical knowledge of DevOps culture and practices.
