Salary: $32.00 - $37.00/hour depending on location.

What you will do

• Ideate, develop, and release short-form video series tailored for social platforms.
• Assist in growing hirify.global's developer audience through educational and entertaining video content.
• Develop content concepts, outlines, and scripts for tutorials and explainers.
• Regularly appear on camera to deliver engaging technical content.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to ensure content is technically accurate.
• Publish and maintain content across hirify.global's developer channels and social platforms.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university as a Junior or Senior, preferably studying Computer Science, Communications, Film, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of how to create and edit short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
• Foundational knowledge of web-based technologies, including APIs, and HTTP methods/requests.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language of your choice.
• Strong developer empathy and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Strong collaboration and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

Nice to have

• Basic hands-on experience with video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar).
• Familiarity with tools for screen capture, livestreams, or recordings.
• Experience working with Airtable or similar tools for content planning and production workflows.
