What you will do

• Own and execute the editorial calendar across all channels, including blog, social, and email.
• Write and edit high-quality content that aligns with the brand voice and business goals.
• Build and manage GEO-driven content programs to improve discoverability and inbound leads.
• Collaborate with designers to produce visually compelling assets or create them independently.
• Track performance metrics and use data to iterate on content strategy and campaigns.
• Coordinate with product and sales teams to develop enablement resources and align on messaging.

Requirements

• Must be based in Madrid, Spain for a hybrid work setup.
• Experience working in marketing within an early-stage startup environment.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a focus on enterprise or tech audiences.
• Familiarity with content performance tracking and analytics tools like GA, Search Console, or Ahrefs.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate copy and design production.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on ownership and high autonomy.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with marketing automation tools like Account Engagement.
• Basic design proficiency in Figma for quick asset edits.
• Experience with SEO best practices and lead tracking attribution (e.g., Salesforce).
