What you will do

• Create end-to-end video content for social media, including shooting, editing, and final delivery for platforms like TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
• Plan and execute content shoots independently while aligning strategy with the Social Media Manager.
• Manage UGC and creator-led content by briefing partners and coordinating production quality.
• Identify and implement emerging social trends and new formats into the brand's creative roadmap.
• Experiment with AI-powered creative tools to enhance production efficiency and output quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience in shooting and editing social media video content using mobile devices or cameras.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Right to work in the EU/Austria is mandatory.
• Must be located in Vienna or willing to relocate.
• Strong eye for aesthetics, design, and storytelling performance.
• Proactive team player capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience in managing social media profiles and growth.
