• Use AI tools to scale documentation and contribution processes.

Requirements

• Strong visual design and UI skills.
• High ownership, fast execution, low ego.
• Experience designing or contributing to design systems.
• Ability to govern and evolve a design system, including managing contributions and aligning multiple teams.
• Strong portfolio of shipped product work in complex environments.
• Comfortable operating at the intersection of design and engineering when working on a design system.
